I would bet all my money that its Revolutionaries.  Its always been Revolutionaries.  This whole marketing thing is a farce to try to drum up interest in something most people don't care about before they name the choice they landed on in the very beginning.  Its embarrassing.  Every part of it.

They should have just gone with Buff and Blue.  But this is what happens when your can't keep a University President, and the rest of the administration and athletics department are incompetent.  You throw away all tradition to come up with something that doesn't fit the university to solve a problem that didn't really exist.

Very well said.  A new tradition will never be established and meaningless.

The ten suggested names are terrible.  The Colonials has always been the best but, there appears to be no turning back from eliminating the Colonials.

I fully agree and support Ralphie - of all alternatives (not on the list of 10), I really like the Buff and Blue.  In a sense it already is our nickname and it would be very unique.

I wish I could be there to chant NONE OF THE ABOVE

Tammany Hall (on Penn Ave near 21st Amendment?)
Childe Harold (near Dupont Circle - mostly a restaurant with live music?)
Winstons - K Street in Georgetown
Hamburger Hamlet - M street in Georgetown - mostly a restaurant but had a great bar for hanging out
The Omega - this was a Cuban restaurant on Columbia Road in Adams Morgan -  I list it because they had great inexpensive pitchers of sangria.  They also had the best chicken enchiladas with bottomless black beans and rice for $4 in the day.

This is the podcast called All Ball and I'm sure it can be found on other podcast sources in addition to Spotify.

This is a very interesting interview that touches on his journey through the basketball ranks (including his assistant position at Dayton), coaching and recruiting philosophy, the portal, NIL and of course Jamison Battle (near the end).

I think there could be some comparisons that can be drawn from his approach to an approach that Caputo may take.
