    When is GW going to recruit a big man who doesn’t make himself small? If your footwork is right no need to put the ball on the floor.

    Really good help and recover on D, honest effort on the backboards seems like we are dominating, particularly with strange Brown+Dean on the floor at the same time. Continuing to shoot well from deep. Insanely confident as well.

    Also doing a great job anticipating cuts and getting into the passing lanes. Very disruptive.

    Did not like the scoring drought at the end of the 1st, but a pretty good half. Easy to focus on Bishop´s lights out shooting, but the defensive effort was very good and during Bishop´s rest period the team held its own. Of course, the "halftime adjustments" issue hangs over this one now.

    Whatever happens, this team is dramatically improved, and JC and his staff deserve credit for that. Hopefully next year he can get them ready to play earlier in the season.

    We're up 8 at half but probably more likely to lose by 8 than win by 8, knowing how hard the beginning of halfs have been for us all year. But they are figuring out offensive flow and spacing, hitting the boards, and playing disruptive team defense. They've clearly gotten better.

    There was a pic of the new prez in the student section. Doubt Knapp or LeBlanc ever did that. Hopefully a small sign he will make sure some $$$ gets thrown our way.
