Brown is just a foul machine.

Defending the 3 much better now than at the start of the game

Brown is to foul calls what iron is to magnets.
Hard to tell who is worse at defending, Dean or Buttlick, Both might score 20 tonight.
Was Freeman wearing that thing on his knee before? Don´t remember it but probably was not paying attention either.

Brown's minutes very limited.

At least 2 turnovers by stepping on the baseline. Sheesh.

I assume scheduling "Marcus Camby Day" for a day when they are not playing GW was done on purpose.

That was a horrible offensive foul call on Lindo. I can’t really understand how they called that.

He's had it all year. Apparently he tore his knee up before the season and chose to play with the brace rather than get season ending surgery

And the foul on Freeman. It is called "A10 homejobbing"

Giving them easy drives to the basket every possession it seems like

UMass with points in the paint on nearly every possession now

UMass spreading the court well in taking us to the hoop. Our spacing is not good these past few minutes.

What a run for GW.
Bishop is one of the best Colonial scorers I've witnessed

umASS has a courtside sponsor that is a bus company? (shouldn´t laugh, GW is probably still contractually obligated to advertise USAir)
Time for the defensive scheme to adjust to ball movement.

Despite my lament about giving up points in the paint, we have actually outscored UMass 20-12 at this point.

Very happy with our offense so far. Ball movement is solid and we are really attacking the rim well.
Defensively, since the start, we are taking away the three really well. UMASS has made us pay the last few possessions by getting to the rim, but I think I’d rather force them to drive than give them the threes (they are an excellent offensive team and we aren’t good enough defensively to shut down everything). If Umass keeps having to drive, they’ll start turning it over again.
