This is my first (and hopefully last) time watching Duques this season, They are atrocious. Not that GW is a Top 25 team, but my goodness Duques look like they would lose most DIII teams.

Down 13-2 on offensive rebounds, and increbily Duquesne only has 12 pints after more than 15 minutes per play. GW playing sloppy the past few minutes. We are maintaining a lead based on the Dukes incompetence.

All 16 of Duquesne points in 17 minutes o fplay were in the paint. They are a whopping 0-11 from the three.

Not sure if we are better or just they can't hit anything. Certainly, they're hitting the offensive boards. We came out well,anyway.

Our lead is so big we are sort of in the danger zone of trying to iso too much. Let's stick to the plan and make good decisions on offense.
EDIT: Like Bam getting too cute there. Sloppy play will let Duq back in the game.

ESPN says we have an 88% win probability and I'd say that's about right If we get outscored by 16 points in the second half by this Duq team we deserve to lose.

The last 5 mins of that half were "throw chairs around the locker room at halftime" bad. And were they playing a semi-competent basketball team, GW would not be leading at halftime on the back of that performance. How often is a team up by 14 with 11 turnovers (-4) and giving up 15 offensive boards?

Hate to beat a dead horse, but an incredible 18 of 19 points for Duquesne were in the paint. The one free throw that technbically wasn't in the paint was a result of fouling the shooter in the paint. Absolutely incredible. Obviously can't complailn if we hold an opponant to 19 first half points. Still, can't expect Duquesne to shoot 9-40 from the field, 0-11 from the three, for the entire game. 40 shot attempts is a very large halftime number...a number bloated by 15 offensive rebounds. And most of the 40 shots looked like decent looks...they just can't put the ball in the hoop.
