JC saying that he wants up-tempo trapping on defense and lots of 3's.  Says he has a lot of "shooters" right now, hopefully they become "makers."  Thinks the bigger 3-point line should affect defense more than offense.  Might bring post players back into vogue and says he has one of the best ones in Toro.  GW's grad degree is very valuable so we'll always be marketable to transfers, but doesn't want to fill up too many roster spots with transfers with so many high school players available in the DMV.  Social media presence has been a top priority to sell the school and the program.  Thinks that if we recruit kids who buy into GW as a destination school, it may limit transfers out.

McCall says with the larger 3 point line we'll probably see a lot of kids stepping out of bounds in the corner.
