Per an open records request, Tony Skinn's five-year deal as George Mason's head coach will pay him $925,000 a year with $25K annual raises and a $25K annual retention bonus each April 1. Also gets a one-year extension with either an NCAA tournament or NIT appearance.
Pretty good deal for a coach with no prior HC experience.

The likely scenario is that Mike replaces Nate McMillan's son as an Assistant Coach. Nate was released mid-season but the assistants were retained by Snyder through the end of the season. Mike was an Assistant Coach at Duke while Quin was a player there, and the two have maintained a friendship ever since.
