The 40% increase in fees over the previous five-year contract is an ok bump (7% a year).  The Big East has a $40m a year, 12-year contract with Fox and I vaguely remember someone saying the A-10 contract was about 1/10th of that.  If my recollection is correct, that's roughly a +$100k per year bump for each A-10 school if split evenly.
