While I know to take what I hear on X with a grain of salt, I can’t help he think the list of players we’ve been linked to suggests that CC is at least considering adding guys from lower levels as opposed to previous emphais on guys transferring down (yes I know Johnson came from sweet 16 Princeton and smith from Evansville, but Max, Benny, DBJ all transferred down).

Yes and it’s also still really early. There are all the NCAA/NIT teams that lost this weekend that will probably have kids enter on Monday.
Also as we’ve seen there will be kids enter the portal after they’ve been recruited over.
It’s a smart strategy for CC to try and lock down some of the better transfer ups, but there will be close to 2000 kids enter the portal before it’s all said and done.

Tyler Brelsford back in the portal.
Seemed like a good kid. Never really made a leap at Bryant. His stat rates were pretty similar this year at Bryant to what they were as a freshman at GW.
Will be interested to see where he goes.

One bittersweet last look at the number on his back as he heads for the plane. Will bring back memories of so many opponents fleeing by him.
I’d say Alf Wiedersehen but - candidly - hopefully not.
If that ‘s the future of German basketball,I feel pretty good.

Benny had some room to grow,let's say politely,
but wouldn't be advised to declare for the NBA draft. Nor be waiting from a call to come from a top EuroLeague team.

Jamie Kaiser Jr. from UMD has entered the portal. Was a one-time recruit of JC before blowing up on the AAU and HS circuits.
George Mason may have the inside track on this one given Tony Skinn's connection at UMD.

Like Trey Autry, I think he’s a much better shooter than his percentages show. I suspect both will turn into very good, reliable shooters before their college careers are over.
