Early observations...one of the broadcasters is a high talker.    The South Florida coach looks like the devil.   Our bigs are having difficulty with their bigs.   This isn't Maine anymore.    Somebody give me something to like about Dinkins.

5 turnovers in barely 7 minutes

They are way more aggressive than we are.
And they can shoot--and actually make 3 pointers.
Really missing the pre-injury Garrett of his first year.
We need to settle down--and as the "my kingdom for a point guard post above aptly notes, find someone to run an offense.

We need to be more confident and aggressive on offense.  Multiple times someone has beaten their man and passed up a 3 footer to dish to someone who is guarded, and we’ve sometimes driven well gone but hesitated instead of going up strong, letting their defense swarm. 

Garrett would make such a difference in opening things up. 

The D is good, but need to crash the glass a little harder.

The difference in the game is turnovers and missed free throws.

Dinkins again beat on defense.

How is that a foul on Autry?   There have been 3 really rough calls on us.
