Duquesne game
Women will play Duquesne this morning in a "Field Trip Day" game with all the kiddos in attendance. Always fun.

At halftime GW 38 DU 42. Dukes were up by 11 at one point, iirc.

The last quarter as awesome as Rizzotti played her bigs and kept the Dukes from scoring. It is games like this that show that she is a marvelous coach.

Dukes played the worst qtr I can remember seeing. Four points in the qtr. Great defense or lousy shooting. I think Duquense may not have scored in the last 2 minutes of the third qtr to extend their misery. Not that GW was shooting that well. Only 12 points in the 4th qtr. GW is now 7-8, so I'm not saying marvelous coach, tho injuries have hurt the team. Any word on Luma and other injuries?
