Know this a weird pro forma posting, but couldn't they up the requirement a bit?
The truth is we need both bench help and a really experienced recruiter who has functioned really successfully at the A-10 level--and preferably someone used to even recruiting for Power 5 teams.
Preferably with some international or DC success.
Or maybe a smart former pro. Someone like Pops is probably beyond the level of assistant college
coach, but worth reaching out to him for ideas, if not something else.
How we will get someone like that is another question, but that's what the coach and AD are paid
to do.

I really hope the job posting is a formality. At my company they recruit first then ask the selected candidate to fill out the online app to get their background info.
The breakup with Nima sounds messy just from reading posts on here and following him on instagram. Can't imagine we let him go because we had a better replacement.
