GW Hoops / GW Revs App Problem

Has anyone had challenges using the GW Revs app to get their game tickets. I am a season ticket holder, and all worked well for the first few games. Then, unable to get access to tickets via the app. Had to rely on ticket office texting me tickets. This creates challenges when sharing my tickets with others. Ticket office unable to solve the problem. Anyone else with similar problems, or solutions?

Yep had the same problem on Saturday. Going directly to the Ticketmaster site worked eventually: https://am.ticketmaster.com/gwathletics/

yes, also had this problem the last two home games, and got them texted. a pain in te $%^. too bad they just can't do the old paper tix

I've had the same problem all season. I am usually able to get in using the Ticketmaster site. It's still a mess though.
