Two points of emphasis hope we're working on

1. Frontcourt recruiting. We've got maybe the A10's best backcourt and the weakest Frontcourt.

2. International recruiting. When GW wins big, it always does it with a heavy dose of International players. Is there an assistant with a particular task on that? I know Miami in the CC Associate Coach years had their share of International recruits, perhaps its him?

Two areas we really need to get back to keep ascending

Zak Boisvert is the assistant tasked with international recruiting. Last summer he spent a few weeks travelling throughout Europe building new connections.

Saw Boisvert's name mentioned for the open Bucknell job. Not sure how he matches up against other candidates or if he wants to stay on as the top assistant at GW and help Caputo build the program. But he has certainly paid his dues as an assistant across a few mid major leagues.

Thanks, that's certainly good to hear

Have noticed Boisvert as very vocal in the huddle during timeouts almost looks like a 2nd Head Coach.

Not exactly Mark Few-Tomny Lloyd just yet but one can aspire!
