Wonder if UMASS is really in the picture after all those players they signed. If he wants to play right away, this is the place.

It's kind of interesting that these hires have a dual background.
The hires all appear to have different connections into talent spotting/AAU,
in addition to college experience.

That gives me confidence that he’ll bring in the players he needs (even if year 1 is difficult on that from like for most new GW coaches).

I saw on the Indiana State forum that he was a candidate for the Citadel head job. They seem to like him a lot.

My question for any of the assistants is how accomplished they are or can be at
recruiting on our level and higher?
Just looking at the first page of BM's fine link, it says Zach was heading up Indiana State's recruitment.

He did this last year to St. Joe's with Christian Winborne coming in and everyone expected him to follow Straughn to GW.

However, Syracuse is no comparison to GW so I guess we just have to cross our fingers tight until Jacoi shows up on campus.
