Only such a glorious result could come on a day of such glorious weather (at least where I am, SUCKERS!).
ColonialsBall wins its home opener 3-2 over those evil ninnies from That School Down the Street. Sure, the pitching staff was (again) called on to pitch a gem as the bats managed just 4 hits, but a gem they did throw, striking out 11 of Satan´s batters and walking just 2. Jaret Edwards gets the win in relief (his first appearance of the year and 14th win in his GW career), Trevor Kuncl gets his first save of the season.

The team is lookng great. McGinnis has recorded 11 strikeouts in 4.1 innings over two wins. He came in today with the sacks loaded with Hoyas and no outs. He allowed only one run and maintained the one run lead for the Colonials.

Also!!! The school is also doing a great job of upgrading production quality of the broadcast. It matches what is going on on the field
