Maybe Mintz and Darren can be convinced that staying local is in both of their best interests?

FYI - Mintz is a 4 star top 100 guy too. Major blow for Pitt. Locally, UMD and G$%&town offered him.

Yes, what’s going to hold Buchanan back is probably the twenty fans posting on a message board rather than the team losing by double digits despite an athletic advantage

Good article on Buchanan from the Washington Post. It says he's looking to commit in the winter. I read an article from late October where he said he was going to be cutting his list down within a few weeks, but I haven't seen any list yet, so who knows. He said he's looking to go to a college that, among other things, gets big crowds, which GW certainly does not :/

Virginia Tech has also been reaching out to Buchanan.

Not sure if this means we’re now out of the running.
