Not a candidate for NIL funds if I understand the rules correctly.  However, I don't love that he was in over a week ago without having signed.  Best case scenario is that he was waiting on the Gators who appear to be moving in a different direction and is now ready to join GW.  Love that someone called him a "swiss army knife"; we could really use one of those.
