18 points a game.  5 boards 3 assists
shooting 41% from 3 and 86 % from the line

Brendan figures to be a lock for an all A10 team and perhaps  Most Improved Player???

1. Adams HAS to be the frontrunner for A10 Most Improved Player right?

2. Adams has made one of the bigger single season leaps in recent GW memory
Who are others in your view that made a huge 1 year leap like this in GW history???

3. JBIV 1st Team All A10, Adams 2nd team???

Good find.
Even more proud of the fact that Brendan is going to get his MBA this spring.
This is how you do it. Brendan can get money to play pro basketball somewhere and/or
get a good job after graduation. Or after he is done with basketball.

That's awesome!

Way to go Brendan

Adams has
57% from 2    40% from 3.   83% from FT  18 points 5 boards 3 dimes.   Great defense.

That's another POY type candidate resume.    BA is #1 in the A10 offensive rating, that pretty much says it all.

Congrats to Brendan Adams, who has been selected to participate in the State Farm College Skills and 3X3U Championships in Houston this week!

ESPN2 for the broadcast

The Atlantic 10's Most Improved Player, Adams finished fifth in the A-10 in scoring with 17.4 ppg and averaged 4.2 rpg and 2.9 apg while also earning a spot on the All-Conference Third Team. He shot 47% from the floor, 38% from deep and 84% from the free throw line while playing 37.7 mpg, tied for the most in GW single-season history.

The Baltimore native etched his name in the GW single-season record books for minutes played (1206, t-4th), 3-pointers (74, 7th) and points (556, t-18th). He reached double figures in 29 of 32 games, including seven 20-point games and two 30-point games, highlighted by setting the school record with nine 3-pointers in his career-high, 35-point performance vs. Richmond.

Since I have t seen anyone post about it anywhere else, Brendan Adams absolutely owned the 3 on 3 tourney at the final 4.  He was easily the MVP and pretty much all the announcers could talk about.

In the semi-final, he hit 6 threes (which are worth 2 points each) in the first 3 1/2 minutes. Finished with 7 threes, 14 of their 21 points, and one highlight reel block.

In the final, he had 4 threes, scored 9 of their 20 (10 minute clock ran out before either team got 21 so they won with 20).  By my count, Brendan shot 11-19 from three in the two games combined.

Announcers were calling it the Brendan Adams show and raving how they’d like to have a piece of his future earnings.

Great showing by BA and fitting way to cap his college career!

3-on-3 is an Olympic event. Is a trip next year to Paris in his future?

Robbie Hummel was one of the commentators.  He was on the 2019 world championship 3-on-3 team. He made some comment about how Fran Fraschills is involved with the 3 on 3 game and should be watching Adams.

I also watched it and he was a one man wrecking crew.  Great showing by BA, and by extension CC brought home a championship in his first year!

Brendan Adams is going to get some looks as a possible depth NBA option.   Guys who can shoot like this, play Defense, with an NBA ready body.    Teams will at minimum give him a glance in the summer league and development camps.

Just got to see Brendan's superb performance.  There was no question that he stole the show.  In the semifinal win, he scored 14 of his team's 21 points (three point shots are worth 2 and 2 point shots are worth 1 in this format) , plus a blocked shot that ESPN showed about 5 replays of.  When the team was interviewed after their victory about the keys to success, the big center from Chattanooga summed it up pretty well.  "Look for BA.  Just find BA.  That's why we won."  Yup.

A nice showing for BA in very limited minutes. Hopefully in his next game he can get on the court a little more and continue to show what he can do.
