Welcome Jabari!! He played well during the Las Vegas Big Time event this Summer. I believe his Arkansas Hawks team went 3-0 in those games. He seems pretty athletic for his height and can even hit the three. Fills a need in the frontcourt for sure.

First and foremost, congratulations to Jabari and welcome to GW.

As for you board (or is it bored) conspiracy theorists, perhaps the quietness here has nothing to do with the good news of a player providing a verbal agreement, but everything to do with the lack of traffic here stemming from a long holiday weekend immediately followed by a religious holiday for some? Really not so odd when you think about it.

Weekends too quiet here? Maybe some of us post during the week to break up the work day but have better things to do with their weekends?

Or maybe you're right. Maybe we're fuming over the fact that a player provided an early agreement to play for GW. Because that makes all of the sense in the world.

And now, the conspiracy theorists shall likely continue...

Here's my theory -
For the last 4-5 years we have sucked. Most of our long time posters who provided great info have left. With the few GW fans left who visit this site, only a handful (6-8) post regularly. Then there's the 2 who post 5-10 times a day. That's why there's very little going on with this board right now.

As we get closer to the start of the season we should start getting more info from the likes of Rising and others who have relevant info to share and discuss.
