I think Coach English's stating that the skill sets of James to Fernandes are identical is insulting to James.  I feel Bishop is a much more talented offensive player than Fernandes and is at least in the same neighborhood defensively.  Anyone could see that by watching the game yesterday.  I understand the coach was frustrated coming off a tough loss on his home court, but to take a cheap shot at James (even if it wasn't completely intentional) is JV, in my opinion.

he wasn't comparing skill sets, just saying that we win with offense/Bishop, just as umass would win with offense/Fernandes. maybe not the best analogy as dmv said, but definitely not a cheap shot (even unintentional) at JB.

Yes, coaches project the level where they think a player can attain. I project how good Brown would be if he got his hands ready to catch a ball and catch it. ( I tease....one day, he will get there)
