I stand corrected on Qwanzi. Much better than game 1. Doing his job here.

Why 26 footer from Adams?

Unlucky on that deep 3 by Adams. In and out. Could have tied. Need a big stop.

Why couldn't that have dropped!? De-fense De-fense!

Thought that 3 was dropping!

Well, on a neutral court. But they played really well. Maybe there is hope this year.

No reason we should be playing in the play-in games this year

The arrow for this team is pointing up, by the time we get to the A10 season we should be a factor.

Better than expected, which these days fucking ROCKS. Nice game Colonials and props to JC for gameplan and prep.

UMD 20-29 from the foul line. Good guys 6-8. That's balance

Well played. Great effort. Tired legs hurt at the end. We have to continue to build depth to give the top 7 breaks earlier in the game. Don’t like the term good loss but this is as close as it comes

Not a huge believer in good losses.
But this actually showcased a lot of positives and should mean the change is for real. Now, let's prove it the rest if the year!

Can't help but feel confident about the rest of the OOC schedule after this one.
Fix #1 has to be working with the bigs so they don't get in foul trouble. While we won't face bigs like UMD, we WILL face bigs like the kid from STFU. Need to get more aggressive on the boards while not getting called for ticky-tack fouls.

Well said. Hopefully gives them some confidence. We looked like we belonged, didn’t feel like a fluke and other than Ricky hitting a tough three, it wasn’t like anyone was making shots they won’t normally make.
With Ira Lee, we might have even won.
We clearly have things to improve, but I think you have to be excited by GW basketball again.

You have to like what you see with this team. I’d really like to see Lindo get the ball in the block once in a while and run a set play for him. If we can band aid something in the middle this could be very exciting. You have to like how hard they play.

Realistically, you don’t know anything about basketball. Lol.

Fantastic game, GW is on the way back.
Work in progress, but man do we have some really talented players, particularly our Guard/wing collection
First half Bamisile, 2nd half Bishop, and Lindo who does it all, Adams as well.
