Bummer Bishop couldn't get those points before the half but good to go into the break with a lead.
Not sure how either team can keep this pace up in the 2nd half. Like an NBA game out there.

Good half. Good utilization other than the Adams start and taking Freeman out after our 12-2 run. Good coverage with the perimeter defense. Only time we get in trouble is when umASS gets near the hoop, and a couple times we've left open shooters in the corner.

OK....will say it for the umpteenth time...first 5 minutes of second half. Will we maintain our small lead, or will UMass take control of the game and make us have to play from behind.

Luckily Matt McCall sucks as a coach so we wont be outmaneuvered too badly out of the half.
... I mean talk about programs gone to crap: umASS is the last (only?) A-10 team to go to the Final Four and the Mullins Center looks like an absolute crypt.

OK....will say it for the umpteenth time...first 5 minutes of second half. Will we maintain our small lead, or will UMass take control of the game and make us have to play from behind.
This. umASS cannot shot as well to start the 2nd as they did in the 1st, but they have sounded out GW´s defensive liabilities (namely, in the paint and switching off screens). Then again, JoeBam and Bishop cannot start the 2nd as ice cold as they did the 1st.

JC really has this set up as a 1 on 1 offense, which is probably the right offense given our relative strength at guard
