A10 Tourament Ticket Problem

Hey All-On my desktop I can see my tickets. On my phone I cannot. The way I read the instructions I use my Ticketmaster login information to sign into the Wiz app where the tickets should be under Account Manager.        When I check they are not there.

Is it me or are other folks having issues too? Perhaps there is some instruction I have overlooked.
Any help is appreciated. Hope all the in-towners can make it and RAISE HIGH!
