Very disappointing game but, as many have pointed out, a pleasantly surprising season. I'm assuming that's the last we see of Bishop but I sure hope not. Caputo is going to have to hit the portal HARD and bring in some real post threats and shot blockers.

Aren't you going to post how the refs jobbed us tonight FQ? That's usually all you have.
I mean, sure, GW's will to win in D1 hoops exceeds that of Syracuse and Georgetown. You bet.
And of course Autry's commit is rock solid. Of course it is. His dad's been head coach at a signature program for 2 hours and FQ has this nailed for us. We will definitely see. I'm not saying definitely ... or that this is going to happen. Just that no one knows except it's more possible now than when we all woke up this morning. Happy to eat tons of crow when Trey shows up.

Finish 16-16. We won a lot of OT games we shouldn't have. But a .500 record is better than what we have seen lately.

Last time GW was in an A10 tournament semifinal was in 2007. One of the principal measures of Caputo’s success for me will be if he can change this. You’ve got to show you can compete in your conference tournament before you should even think about competing in a national (NCAA) tournament.

With the Commanders finishing 8-8-1 and GW 16-16, I seem to be destined to root for absolute mediocre teams…

At least HS team won their State championship in NJ and ranked #1 there. I wish we could get some of their players. Alas, one senior is going to Duke and the other Chapel Hill. CC has to get some experienced players in the portal. That's his next Big challenge.
