JC enjoys pressing and trapping (I do believe this is what he coined as mayhem, after havoc) but believes he needs bigger players to do so.  As long as Armel and JNJ will be playing together as much as they do, JC recognizes that the full court press will largely be ineffective so that's why he hasn't gone to it.  Interestingly, Armel and JNJ had a combined 9 turnovers last night (way too many) but it didn't appear as if many came as a direct result of Mason's press which involved throwing bigger players into the backcourt to try to disrupt our small backcourt.  Armel and JNJ handled that pressure very well.  Their turnovers were often the result of overdribbling into the lane.  With Ball and Brelsford coming in (a pair of 6' 4" guards) along with big men Dean and Brown, it's easier to envision the defense that JC would like to play starting next season.
