No one on either team is playing any defense 

Big thanks to SLU. Got possession down 7, and one of their barely used scrubs fouled James before we could even get up the court to turn it over or take a bad shot. 

Make these and it’s a 5 point game. Maybe SLU gets tight and we can finally get some momentum.  We are actually in this game.

Nope, we give us an east basket, get the ball back down 7 and bishop dribbles off his foot.

Then we get a stop but take a tough step  back three.

And then foul a great ft shooter for no reason. 

We have had our chances to truly get back in this, but then we make bad plays and let them get the lead back up.

Down 8 with the ball and another turnover.

And finally we score down 8 (on a tough shot by Jacoi).

Not good senior leadership from Bishop.  Turns it over trying to force a pass that clearly wasn’t there, we get it back and on a 3 on 1, he chooses to pull up from three and miss.  Just go to the damn basket there.

Down 7 with the ball.  Wide open 3 and we miss.

Down the stretch of this game, we’ve had 8 possessions down 7 or 8 (excluding the one where they fouled us right away) and we have produced a whopping 2 points on them. Thats the story of the second half.

Edit: they throw it away so we get a 9th chance down 7 or 8 and Jacoi scores!    We are up to 4 points in 9 possessions, an offensive efficiency rating of .44.

Down 4 with 1:09 left.  You do NOT have to foul...just play good defense and you will have 2 more possessions.  Do you think we know that?
