The best rookie in the A10 is back with a vengeance

Interested to see how people think the team's free fall since MLK Day and Jun's absence the past few games affects his candidacy for A10 rookie of the year. Statistically he's been the best rookie in the league but I think the fact that his team is the worst in the league definitely goes against him. I'd say Xzayvier Brown and Jaylen Curry are other candidates for the award, any other names you guys would throw out there?

It was pretty clear that he wasn’t even close to 100%, either. Caputo and staff should move heaven and earth to keep him in Foggy Bottom next year…

Hope I am wrong, but can’t believe Buchanan (or any of top freshmen in A-10, for that matter) will be back next year. Chance to play at a Power 5 school that wins and pays much better. Why should they stay? Makes no sense. CC plan to recruit freshmen transfers who would stay because they would have to sit out a year made great sense until judge said NCAA couldn’t make transfers sit out a year. No wonder CC was so upset with ruling criticizing judges “who didn’t know a basketball from a football”
We better recruit like crazy from lower conferences.

Need to invest (NIL) in JUN. If he wins ROY will be getting some big looks from mid teir P6 schools. Need the community to rally around the few bright spots on this team.

Time to take the word virtual out of the sentence
He is a lock! The inevitable A10 Rookie of the Year, will be back to back A10 Rookie of the Year for GW in CC's first 2 seasons
"Darren Buchanan Jr. has earned his fourth A-10 Rookie of the Week award."
