I was surprised that Urgo got fired... not anymore:

In the face of the NIL era, these seem like bush league offenses.

Do each of JC and CC get a win back? Interestingly enough GW would have had a winning record in 2022-23. I know in the NCAA tournament you don't get credited with a win when its vacated. Does it affect the conference the same way?.

You could not convince me that most P5 schools aren't doing these things too

I agree. Seems like nickle and dime stuff. Today you can pay an athlete a million dollars but can’t take a recruit bowling or to a basketball game?

1) Really good find
2) Sounded like pretty smart by Fordham to utilize their New York location.
Seemed quite petty by the NCAA. As others have pointed out, these are pros now.
It pales in comparison to the insane bidding wars (often even for less than stellar talent).
And for many years, the bigger schools have done far, far worse--and only very
occasionally get called out and maybe slapped on the hand.
Note the AD went well upward to St. John's.
In those leagues, this type of recruiting behavior is a real plus. But the NCAA enforcement seems lets say,
far less vigorous.

We will take wins any way we can get them!
Petty BS in todays world of college athletics. The NCAA did nothing to Nero when he gave "impermissible benefits" to Larsen (and it wasn't tickets to see the Wizards play).

That´ll teach them cheaters in the Brox that you either go large or go home. Even in a luxury box (err "suite"), seeing the NY Giants or Knicks is chump change compared to the hookers, blow, houses and cash the big boys throw around (and have been throwing around for decades). Fordham should be ashamed.
