can we inbound ball?

Why do Duques not call a time out with 20 secs left?

What was Duquesne/Carey thinking on that last possession, down 3 and Carey just dribbles the ball and passes off to a teammate with 3 seconds left who goes for a layup??

Good guys win!!!

GW actually gets lucky. Wow!

And that’s a road win over a top 100 team!
We might have just knocked Duquesne off the nit bubble. Lol.
Way to go guys.

Wow! Toro and Jack get steak dinners! Duques will run many, many suicides at their next practice.

That's great experience for our young team. On the road, faced great adversity, choked a little (or a lot), and still pulled it out. Great learning experience and great way to pull out a tough win on the road. Props to the guys

Back-to-back road wins for our guys too. When was the last time we did THAT?
EDIT: Looks like the last time we won back-to-back road conference games was in the 13-14 season. which is also the last time we went dancing...

Wow! We dominated in all categories but just barely won. Make more free throws and the blood pressure would go down. Good victory though.

Happy for the win!

I guess the 17 turnovers made it close. Ugh!

Duquesne took 16 more shots than we did. Just an interesting observation.

Really dominated the TO category as well. 17 - 7. That and the missed FTs at the end. Otherwise dominated them statwise.

Wow. We hung on.
In deference to the win, will not bring up some obvious subjects.
But somehow, we hung in there, even at the end when it seemed like disaster was impending.
Glad we decided to break our policy and put guys to rebound in the last second.Big rebound by Toro as part of his really big game.
Some big 3s by our 3 point guys, Jamison and Maceo, particularly first half. And looks like JNJ hit a couple of big ones, too.
Much like the Mason game, everyone hung in there and came away with a win. We didn't fold early and that's a good sign.

Nice to see Toro get an opportunity.

Why so silent when leading at halftime? Shock! Duquesne is a good team and well coached.
Did they take us too lightly? Maybe!
Armel Potter and his 10 assists, wow! So smooth! Where would we ever be without him? We hit skid city when he went down....were in free fall.
Toro re-awakens as tournament time approaches! He's back...about time!

Amazing win, helluva an upset!
To FQ's comment earlier on the thread ......... amen.
going on the road, to knock off a team 130 spots ahead of us is quite an accomplishment. This squad has improved dramatically.
Maceo and Toro were terrific tonight. Jamison, Jameer, 10 dimes from Armel.
Great win

the difference in the team with and without Armel Potter, is dramatic.

Absolutely. His on-court presence and skills make him a catalyst for the rest of the team to achieve.
