Any chance we can take our cues from the current men’s coaching staff and focus on the positives of GW rather than incessant dwelling on the self-fulfilling role of the poor victim?

How long have you've been at GW? haha. I assume most of the fan base took the required course Self-flagellation 101 while at GW and it made a big impression.

I'd put a $50 bet that McClung gets some run in the Show, at some point in his career.
He's the kinda guy you can see getting time on a tank team for the fans, and then turning that into a decent back of the bench NBA career, a little energy, some depth, the athletic talent is there. Maybe a poor man's Eddie House?

Eddie House was one of my favorite college players. I think he’s the only guy to put up 60 points in a college game against a bcs team in 30-40 years.
The guy I always thought McClung reminded me of is a less disciplined Bob Sura - not just because they are both white. They both have hops and can shoot, though McClung needs to improve his shot selection to reach that kind of potential.

Bob Sura!!! That's a good comparison, and I agree about the less disciplined part. I believe Sura was a few inches taller than McClung which is why Sura was a 1st round pick, and McClung will have a hard time even getting drafted.
What I like about McClung is, despite getting a social media cult-like following in high school due to his tremendous dunks, he still played within the offense at Georgetown. I never once got the impression that he wanted to force the issue and dunk on someone to impress his social media following. When McClung's Georgetown highlights are posted online, it's funny reading the comments from a number of people(who have a limited knowledge of basketball) being disappointed that there were very few dunks from McClung.

Golden State fan here - loved Bobby Sura and since I'm a bay area guy, I always had love for Eddie House too.
