Makes one wonder why North Carolina and Duke (and gasp, Gtown!) opted for iconic former players instead of (younger version of) a guy who could take Mason to a Final 4 out of the CAA
Also appreciate his sense of loyalty, (CC too) stayed at Mason over a decade and 5 years after a Final Four where surely he was turning down bigger offers. Over a decade at Bowling Green before that and now 12 seasons at Miami
