It is some kind of bizarre tribute to the defense that for the half, we can shoot 57.1% from the field and 46.7% from the 3 and still trail by 13.   As a starting point in the off season, I would be looking to hire an assistant coach who knows how to teach defense because obviously nobody on this staff is able to do so.

If i was a betting man, I’d put some money on GW right now with some good odds. We’re gonna win this game.

This is the biggest priority in the off-season. We need some other pieces as well but none of it will matter if we continue to give up 80+ points a game.

Let me save you the time of watching the 2nd half.  We will make a run, cut it down to 4 or so before losing going away.

Antoine Smith is a walking And One… for the other team.

Never seen a player give up so Many.

I think he's averaging about 3 of them a game. Someone mentioned on a previous thread that he's playing out of position

Almost just gave up another but it rimmed out. And yes definitely out of position defending the post.

Antoine Smith is a one man wrecking crew.  So looking forward to his being gone next season.

Too many moving parts when Max shoots the 3.

Bishop dribbles into a trap and passes out too late. GW offense for years in a nutshell.

As good a game as Bishop is having, we cannot win when he has the ball 90% of the time

We actually got a loose ball on the floor.  Can’t remember many of those this season

That and our pickers in the pick and roll going nowhere or worse yet going right where the guy with the ball is dribbling.

The SLU announcer mentioned it to.  We set screens but don't do anything with them.

Every road game the announcers comment that the shot selection for GW is really, really bad.  Again, this falls on the coach.

Get the ball down 8, turn it over, give up an And 1.  So typical of this losing streak.

Horrible foul by stretch there.  Either foul REALLY hard or just let him get the lay up.  That halfway effort is doing nothing but giving SLU a free FT.

Once again, Down 8 with the ball.  This time instead of a turnover, we took a bad shot that led to a fast break the other way.
