Kudos to the coach for landing this highly sought after recruit against some good competition. With what appears to be 3 good frosh and Ricky Lindo coming in, we should have an interesting next season.

Sounds great.
I know enough not to believe everything you read about “offers” since they aren’t always real. But we know Ole Miss really wanted Brayon Freeman and ZagsBlog mentioned Nixon had an offer from Ole Miss - if they really wanted him, that would mean we beat them out twice this year for players. If that’s the case, that’s an outstanding recruiting job and probably very frustrating for Andy Kennedy.

Daniel Nix just signed his Letter of Intent and will join the George Washington program this summer, he told @stockrisers. Jamion Christian is going to love coaching this kid. 6’8 wing with great size and versatility, had high-major suitors.

I mean, he was here for two years (granted injured most of this year), but didn’t exactly show he was ready for this level of competition. Great kid, but dropping down gives him his best chance to rediscover his game.
