Does anyone know if we are actually playing a back to back at Duquesne? ESPN and bracketologists.com show us with a back to back on 2/15 and 2/16. The GW site shows only one game. If no back to back, we would only play 17 conference games.

It's just a game on the 16th. It was originally scheduled for 1/5, but the team was having COVID issues so it was moved to 2/15. But it was moved back a day due to Duquesne having a game against Davidson rescheduled for 1/14. The home game against the Bonnies (originally scheduled for 12/30) still hasn't been rescheduled, and that would be our 18th conference game. I think if it isn't rescheduled it will be considered a "no contest."

There is no reason not to reschedule the game against the Bonnies on Feb. 24. Women's basketball or gymnastics are not competing at home that day. SBU has a home game on Tuesday, Feb. 22 followed by a game at St. Joe's on Saturday, Feb. 26. They travel to DC on the 23rd, play on the 24th, and then their game in Philadelphia is less than 48 hours later. It is tight but more than doable. GW has a home game against Richmond on Feb. 22, could then play SBU at home on the 24th, and then play at Mason on the 27th.
The 24th is really the only logical date to make up this game. Anyone know why this hasn't happened yet?

That assumes the venue is, in fact, available (other events can take place there other than GW sports games). It assumes GW can staff the event site that day. It assumes referees are available for that date. It assumes travel logistics can be arranged (including proper coach and lodging options). It assumes the required number of cameras and operators can be hired for that day. And it assumes event insurance can be secured in case another variant or a return of the red-hatted goobers scuttles the game. It would be nice and logical to play that day, but perhaps all the ducks have not been arranged in a row yet to allow the (ever so competent) powers that run the A-10 to make the official announcement.
