This is a really good high-upside pickup. Edwards can score at all three levels but especially loves attacking the rim. He's been known to really throw it down on multiple occasions, having won the slam dunk contest at The Grind Session World Championship in 2021 (watch highlights of the event here!). Frankly, there aren't too many guys out there currently that were overly productive at their last stops left, so I think this is a really good use of one of our open spots. He should be fully healthy for the start of the season. Welcome to GW Maximus (add in an A+ name as well)!

While we're talking about transfers and recruits, with Maximus there are 13 players currently on the roster. If all 13 will actually be on the team next season, aren't we out of spots? Of course I have no idea how many of the 13 will be on scholarship or still might leave.

One unknown: Amir Harris
Walk-ons: Talipov and Stamoulis (maybe?)
So we have either 2 or 3 scholarships depending on Amir Harris’ status
