Grad Transfer: Madison Buford from Hampton
5'9" guard from St. Louis, Missouri is grad transferring to GW. Buford averaged 9.2 ppg and 3.6 rpg at Hampton last year. She began her career at Rend Lake CC before transferring to Colorado.
I guess this provides nice depth but she isn't much of a shooter or facilitator which I think were some needs to be filled with the last spot. Regardless, it never hurts to add someone with experience who has also been productive at the D1 level. Welcome to Foggy Bottom Madison!
