Siena Hit With NCAA Violations
All violations occurred during the tenure of former HC Jimmy Patsos:
So for Siena, it’s three years of probation, a $5,000 fine, a vacation of records from 2015-18 and disassociation with an unnamed booster through March 2023. Meanwhile, Jimmy Patsos gets a three-year show-cause order, if he wants to coach again.

Obviously just speculation, but I wonder if the investigation into these activities was part of what caused JC to consider a move from Siena after just the one year. Regardless, I'm glad he's with GW now!
